The Division Intel Collectibles location guide
Garment District - level 5-9
There are 23 pieces of intel to find in the Garment district, and the enemies here are going to be a bit more challenging than those encountered in the earlier districts.
Echo - Pyre
The echo is in the middle of the district.
Head to the intersection of 7th Ave and W 34th St.
There's a burnt shell of a car here.
The echo is just next to it.
Incident Report - There be Dragons, Rioter Reports
The report is in the centre of the district.
It's halfway along the section of W 34th St between 7th and 6th Ave.
Look for the fancy Christmas lights next to the truck advertising Jonns beer, and walk east.
The laptop is next to a storefront on the left a short way down the road.
Echo - Interview
The echo is along the eastern edge of the district, just outside of the Dark Zone.
You'll find it at the intersection of W 36th St and 6th Ave.
It's in the road by the police cars.
Phone Recording - Week Two, Pigeons
The recording is in the southern half of the district.
It's just off W 33rd St, between 7th and 6th Ave.
There's an alley between a kids clothes shop and a sports bar. Head down here.
Follow it around to the right.

Phone Recording - Week Two, Coffee
We need to get to the underground to grab this one.
The closest underground entrance is along 7th Ave, between W 33rd and W 32nd St.
Head down the stairs to the area below.
When you jump the barrier and get to the diverging path beyond, head left.
Take the first right, down the escalator.
On the platform below, cross over to the group of tents.
The recording is on the ground in front of them.

Stay in the southern area to find the next collectible.
It's just off W 32nd St, between 7th and 6th Ave.
Look for the gated area next to the sign for Kerman Coffee, with the statue inside.

The next recording is a street over from the last one we picked up.
Head over to W 31st St, between 7th and 6th Ave.
Look for the side street next to the flag.

Survival Guide - Page 09
The page is in the southwest corner of the district. If you've just picked up the phone recording above, simply head around the corner to the right to find it.
Head to 7th Ave, between W 31st and W 29th St.
There's an alley next to a gift shop, with blue panels nailed to the fence.
Hop over and make your way down here. You'll come across the page on your left by the dumpsters.
Echo - Ground Zero
You can pick up this echo during the story mission in Abels.
Head to the entrance on 6th Ave, between W 34th and W 36th St.
Once you're inside, head towards the back right.
There's a jewellery shop by the foot of the escalator.

Echo - Michael Dufrane, Part 1
The echo is in the central area of the district.
It's in a building off 7th Ave, between W 39th and W 38th St.
You're looking for the apartment building next to Oak Loch.
Enter the flat at the top of the first set of stairs.
Go around to the left to activate the echo.
Missing Agent - Gina Esteban
The trace will take us into the same building we just found the echo in.
The entrance is on 7th Ave, between W 39th and W 38th St.
We've skipped ahead to the second trace as it's just outside the apartment block we were in, next to the Oak Loch building. The first one is at the intersection of W 38th St and 7th Ave.
The third trace is at the foot of the stairs directing you up to the next floor.
Continue on through into the apartment.
The file is in the bathroom.
Echo - Michael Dufrane, Part 2
The echo for the second part of the missing person mission is a little way to the west.
It's about halfway along W 39th St, between 8th and 7th Ave.
It's a little way in front of the truck parked in the road, outside of the Iranian Halal deli.
Michael Dufrane, Part 3
The last step in the missing person mission is one street over to the south.
Get yourself to the Underground entrance at the corner of W 38th St and 8th Ave.
Head down towards the station below.
Take the first right to reach the platform.
The echo will be right in front of you when you enter the area.

The phone recording is in the central part of the district.
It's off W 34th St, between 7th and 6th Ave.
Head through the pedestrian are between the two buildings.

This one is near the safe house.
Get to the safe house entrance on W 36th St, between 8th and 7th Ave.
Go past the entrance, towards the street on the other side.
You'll find a play area.
The phone recording is on rhe ground near the slide.
Incident Report - Rule Number Two, Rioter Reports
The incident report is in the northwestern section of the district.
It can be found along W 36th St, between 8th and 7th Ave.
Go straight down the road and into the restricted area.
There's a police hazmat vehicle parked in here.
The report is next to the body behind it.
Phone Recording - Week Two, Conspiracy
The recording is up near the northern edge.
It's off W 39th St, between 8th and 7th Ave.
Pop down the alley next to the sandwich bar.
Follow it around to the right and through the metal gate.
The area opens up by the back of an Italian restaurant.
The recording is next to the wall.
Missing Agent - Raymond "Ray" Ovitz
The search for Ray's file begins in the west.
The first step is at the intersection of W 38th St and 8th Ave.
Head east on W 38th St to find the second marker, pointing down a back street.
A little further down here, you'll be directed through a metal gate.
The file is amidst a pile of rubbish bags by the wall.
Phone Recording - Week One, Hockey
This is another recording hidden at an underground station.
The entrance we need is on W 38th St, between 8th and 7th Ave.
Some kindly soul has already pried up the manhole cover, so down you go.
Pop down the ladder and through the doorway on the right.
Follow the only route through the corridor to emerge on the platform beyond.

Phone Recording - JTF, Sick Inmates
Make your way to the southwest corner in the top half of the district.
The recording is in the area between W 34th and W 36th St, and 9th and 8th Ave.
Coming from W 34th St, look for the parking lot next to the donut shop.
Venture inside and over to the cars parked along the back wall.
The recording is on the ground in a vacant spot.
Phone Recording - Week One, Urbex
Head a little way to the north for the next piece of intel.
It's off W 36th St, between 9th and 8th Ave.
There's a side street between the police station and a clothes shop.
Follow it around to the right and over to the corner by the tree.

The last phone recording in the district is in the northwest corner.
It's off W 39th St, between 9th and 8th Ave.
You'll see a small play area just off the main road.

Crashed Drone - JTF Traffic
The drone has come down in the northwesternmost corner of the district.
Make your way to W 39th St, between 9th and 8th Ave.
The drone is dangling from the corner of apartments above the 24 hour store.
Shimmy over to the east a little and down the alley here.
Follow it all the way around to the left.
You'll be able to climb up to the roof below the drone.
Shoot it down and nab yourself the last piece of intel in this district.
