Tenderloin - level 9 - 12
There are 18 pieces of intel to find in the Tenderloin district.
Missing Agent - Joe Chavez
The first piece of intel in the district is in the northwest corner.
Head to the intersection of W 26th St and 7th Ave.
Go around the truck to continue east along the road.
Carry on towards the police station.
Go down into the car park underneath the building.
The next marker is behind the red van ahead, and points down the hallway to the left.
The file is up the stairs, to the left.
Survival Guide - Page 08
The page from the Survival Guide is inside the police station we went past to pick up the last piece of intel.
It's off W 26th St, to the east of the intersection of W 26th and 7th.
The entrance to the building is along the left side. You may visit here as part of an encounter.
Enter the building and go through to the corridor ahead.
Go into the first room on the left.
The page is on the floor in the back left corner.
Phone Recording - Week Two, Stuyvesant
The recording is in the north part of the district.
It's to the west of the intersection of W 26th St and 6th Ave.
Head down the side street next to the cash loans place on W 26th St.
Pop down the alley to the right.
The recording is at the end.

Head to W 29th St along the northern edge of the district, between 6th and 5th Ave.
There's a car park next to the Most 24 store.
Go over to the back wall.
The phone is on a wooden pallet.
Phone Recording - Week One, Sick Children
This recording is also near the northern edge of the district.
It's off W 26th St, between 6th Ave and Broadway.
Head down the alley that runs alongside the church.
The phone is on he wall to the right.
Phone Recording - Week One, Picking Up Ma
Stick to the northeast corner of the district.
Make your way to W 24 St, off 5th Ave.
There's a side street to the right next to the scaffold and burnt out cars.
Head down here and around to the right.
You'll pop out to see this lovely tableau.
The phone is against the wall behind the table laden with rats.
Phone Recording - Week Two, Clara
The next piece of intel is just down the street from the last one we picked up.
Head back out on to W 24 St and continue west, away from 5th Ave.
There's an alley that runs alongside the fence, towards W 26th St.
You'll find the recording about halfway down here, on a dumpster to the right.
Echo - Blue Collar
The echo is towards the centre of the district.
It's at the intersection of W 26th St and 6th Ave.
You'll find it in front of the police car.
Phone Recording - JTF, Savages
The recording is to the west of the echo we just found,
It's off W 24th St, between 7th and 6th Ave.
Head through the gate next to the nail salon.
Follow the alley around to the left.
The phone is on a dumpster.
Phone Recording - Week One, Eating Popcorn
This one is to the south of the safe house.
It's off W 24th St, near 7th Ave.
Make your way to the car park next to the supermarket.
The phone is next to the pile of rubbish bags at the back.
Incident Report - Kids These Days, Rioter Reports
Continue to the south of the safe house for the next piece of intel.
It's off W 22nd St, near 7th Ave.
Head down the side street next to the fire station.
The intel is next to the fire truck.
Phone Recording - JTF, Quitting the LMB
This one is super close to the incident report we picked up off, just off W 22nd St.
After entering the side street next to the fire station and picking up the report, carry straight on and around the corner to the left.
The phone is next to the rubbish pile by the ladder.
Phone Recording - Week One, Small Gift
Head down the road to the west for the next bit of intel.
It's off W 22nd St, between 7th and 6th Ave.
Go into the area between the buildings next to the gym, opposite Empire Autumn.
Follow the path around to the right.
The phone is next to the pile of rubbish in the corner/
Incident report - Taking Madison, Rioter Reports
The report is along the southern edge of the district.
It's to the south of the intersection of W 21st and 6th.
There's a blockade in this area.
The intel is on the ground next to the sign on the right.
Echo - Cleaners
Keep to the southern edge of the district.
Head east from the intersection of W 21st and 6th.
Enter the car park on the left as you make your way down the road.
The echo is in the middle, next to the white van.
Phone Recording - JTF, Engine Failure
This is in the southeast corner of the district.
It's to the west of the intersection of W 21st and 5th.
Head into the car park by the burnt out cars.
Stick to the wall on the right.
The phone is in the corner space here.
Crashed Drone - Mass Graves
We're still in the southeast corner for this one.
It's to the west of the intersection of W 22nd and 5th.
You can shoot the drone down on W 22nd St, where it's hanging from Jon's Inns and Suites.
It will land on the roof of the furniture shop, so go down the road to the east and head down the side of the Oak Loch building.
Jump the fence to the left and climb onto the lower roof.
Take the stairs up to the next roof.
You can grab the crashed drone up here.
Echo - Workshop
This echo can only be picked up during the Napalm Production Site mission.
After you've started the detonttion sequence, you'll be tasked with destroying the remaining napalm tanks, and the blue gates pictures above will open. Head inside.
This will lead you to the workshop, where you can find the echo.
