The Witcher 3 Blood & Wine is hiding a great Game of Thrones Easter egg

There's plenty of thematic crossover between The Witcher 3 and Game of Thrones, what with all the political intrigue, sex, and violence in a fantasy world. But apparently developer CD Projekt Red hid a more overt reference in Blood & Wine, the final expansion for the game.
