Think you know gaming? It's time to school your brain...

#64 Because it was the first game that empowered players with the ability to jump over hazards and leap gaps, Nintendo's 1981 arcade game, Donkey Kong, is considered to be the first true platforming game.

#65 The iconic image of early arcade classic Space Invaders is of a traditional cabinet style machine, but in fact the very first versions (made by Taito in Japan in 1978) were a table top design.

#66 Former hardware peddler Sega released its very first game console in Japan in 1983. It was called Sega SG-1000.

#67 Not only was Journey the first arcade game to feature a real-life rock band as the protagonists (er, that'll be Journey) when it was released by Bally Midway in 1983, but it was also meant to be the first camera-equipped cabinet that would allow players to snap their portraits and put themselves 'in the game'. However, when a prototype version of the game was tested in a Chicago arcade and one player dropped their trousers and flashed for the camera, Bally Midway ditched the idea.

I don't have the energy to really hate anything properly. Most things I think are OK or inoffensively average. I do love quite a lot of stuff as well, though.
