Threadless shirts bring hipster appeal to your Xbox Avatar today
Want to look like Abed from Community? Here’s the next step
Despite our instinctual revulsion at the concept of paying real money for nonexistent digital clothes, every now and then the Xbox Avatar Marketplace gets us. Sometimes we're pulled in with wrestling gear, RoboCop helmets or yesterday’s Max Payne attire. There's a good selection, but what if you wanted your Avatar to reflect what a discerning, fashionable geek you are? Then you’ll be happy now that the popular clothing site Threadless has added a set of unreal shirts to the 360 mix.
You can see the whole set here as more than a dozen classic tops from the site’s rich t-shirt past are available for male and female Avatars. That includes our beloved Technicolor Rex (which we immediately bought), Mister Mittens' Big Adventure, and the Pac-Man inspired apparel Madness of Mission 6. By buying that last one, you’re one step closer to creating the perfect 360 recreation of Abed from Community, thus making your life complete.
They’re priced between 80 and 160 points aka $1 to $2 in real money.
