Find it You can find these in The Land of Sleeping Dragons and Agrabah. They're usually dropped by two monsters- the Emerald Blues and the Fortune Teller, both of which are forms of Heartless

Find it Agrabah again, by defeating the Icy Cubes and the Fortune Tellers. Use it with free development to create a Soldier Earring accessory. This increases your AP by four and your STR by two.
