Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt star in Edge Of Tomorrow posters: Comic-Con 2013
Suited and booted
Edge Of Tomorrow (formerly known as All You Need Is Kill ) has released a pair of new Comic-Con posters, featuring co-stars Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt sporting a pair of heavy-duty mech-suits.
The new posters show our two heroes looking suitably stern, as befits two combatants in a war between humankind and some pesky alien aggressors.
The story sees Cruise’s military man caught in an endless time loop, forced to live out his last day of combat over and over again.
Fortunately for him (and Earth), he’s learning more each time, and together with fellow badass Blunt, he might yet be able to turn the tide and avert his own death.
Directed by Doug Liman and co-starring Bill Paxton, Edge Of Tomorrow opens in the US on 6 June 2014, with a UK date to be confirmed.
