Tom Hiddleston talks Lokis love interest

In issue 212 of Total Film magazine - the Fantasy Issue - we bring you a plethora of incredible exclusives from the most fantastical other-worldly blockbusters heading your way ( check out a preview here ).

Inside the issue - which is available for just £1.99 on your iPad , we get the lowdown from Thor: The Dark World star Tom Hiddleston on the filming of one of 2013's biggest blockbusters.

You can read the full interview with Hiddleston inside the issue, and we’ve also got an exclusive Top 6 Loki Moments feature, handpicked by Tom , for you to peruse at your leisure. Ideally while cosplaying as the god of mischief himself.

But before you pull on your horns, we asked Mr Hiddleston about Loki’s lovelife, for yet another online exclusive. And here it is, right now.

Is Loki ever going to get it on with the Enchantress?

Ooh!

Is he ever going to get a love interest? Does he have to remain a celibate God?

He certainly is not, though. I mean, Sleipnir is one of his children. Did you know that? Odin’s eight-legged horse in the mythology is one of Loki’s children. As is Fenrir the wolf.

Right, so he likes animals. He’s into bestiality...

Yep. I don’t know (laughs). When I was first reading the comics, the relationship with the Enchantress was one of the really fun things I thought would be good to explore, and may have even pitched it to Kevin Feige at some point. Because she is as sneaky and as untrustworthy as he was.

They basically had a really fantastic and twisted relationship until they both say, “You know what? I don’t trust you as far as I can throw you. It’s over.” Because they keep betraying each other, in a way. So it could be good.

Is there any likelihood of him turning up in another Iron Man or in a Captain America?

I really don’t know. I wish I could say. I think it would be hilarious, but I don’t know. Wouldn’t it?

Thor: The Dark World opens in the UK on 30 October 2013.

For much more from Hiddleston, Christopher Eccleston, Chris Hemsworth, Alan Taylor and many more, pick up the brand-new issue 212 of Total Film magazine, which is out 27 September 2013.
