Trailers! Gellar Returns and Heder goes to School
Buffy unravels a deadly secret while Billy Bob just plays dirty with Dynamite
Ever since she graced our screens week in, week out, kicking the bejesus out of the un-dead, Sarah Michelle Gellar seems synonymous with the horror genre.
Until the king of kooky, Richard Kelly, finally unleashes Southland Tales on the public, it’s back to screamsville for SMG in The Return. The Buffy star plays a successful business woman who travels all over the country staying in hotel after hotel, living out of a suitcase.
One particular trip becomes a little less routine when she begins having nightmares about the room she’s staying in – turns out a young woman was brutally murdered there 25 year earlier. Helmed by Asif Kapadia, the man behind adventure-drama The Warrior, The Return will arrive on UK shores on 26 January 2007.

For those more in the mood for a chortle, we have a crackin’ little preview of School For Scoundrels. Loosely based on the 1960 Ealing comedy which starred Ian Carmichael and Alistair Sim, the update features Napoleon Dynamite star Jon Heder as a love-struck traffic warden with low self-esteem.
Heder enrols in a class that is supposed to build confidence and help him land the girl of his dreams. Under the iffy guidance of Dr P (Billy Bob Thornton) it soon becomes clear that teacher and pupil are after the same girl and the gloves are going to have to come off.
From Old School helmer Todd Phillips, School For Scoundrels will open its doors sometime later this year.
