Christopher Lloyd To Guest Star In Chuck
The geekfest that is Chuck continues to rope in cult TV and movie stars left right and centre. The latest SF-fave guest star to join the show is none other than Dr Emmett Brown himself, Christopher Lloyd, who'll be appearing in the third season’s sixteenth episode, according to Entertainment Weekly’s Ausiello Files . Executive producer Josh Schwartz broke the casting news via Twitter, noting that Back to the Future has been “a huge influence” on Chuck.
Terminator Rights Sold To Pacificor
According to Deadline Hollywood hthe Halcyon Holding Corp has sold the Terminator rights to Santa Barbara-based hedge fund Pacificor for $29.5 million, despite having previously accused Halcyon hof extortion, bribery, and fraud. Halcyon will receive $5 million for every Terminator movie made from now on, as well as retaining the profits from the third and fourth Terminator movies.
Tim Robbins Cast In The Green Lantern
Tim Robbins has landed a role in the big screen The Green Lantern, according to The Hollywood Reporter’s Heat Vision Blog . Robbins will play Senator Hammond, dad of the movie's villain, Dr. Hector Hammond (Peter Sarsgaard). The film is being directed by Martin Campbell and starts shooting in March. The last time Robbins appeared in comic book movie was 1986’s Howard The Duck.
Draco Malfoy Actor In Apparition
Harry Potter actor Tom (Draco) Felton has been cast in the Joel Silver-produced supernatural thriller Apparition, according to ShockTillYouDrop . The film is about a couple haunted by a supernatural presence in the wake of a college experiment.
