Boom Boom Rocket release
Xbox Live Arcade title will be available in a few weeks
Boom Boom Rocket, Bizarre Creations' brand-new Xbox Live Arcade title, has been tipped with a launch date of mid-April, the developer tells us.
Considering the colossal amount of success the company had with Geometry Wars Evolved on Xbox Live Arcade, it's no surprise there's a lot of eyes fixed on Boom Boom Rocket.
Pitched as a rhythm-action game (you may even call it a Dance Dance Revolution clone) Boom Boom Rocket is all about particle-spilling firework displays backed up by a thumping electronic soundtrack. On a side note, why do all these rhythm-action games have repeated words in their titles?
At an event in North London today the developer has confirmed the game will be released to the masses in "mid-April" via Xbox Live Marketplace.
Check back in a couple of weeks for our review.
