Now that the RTX 4090 is a thing, we expect that remaining Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 Ti will show up during Cyber Monday for less. Last year, that didn't really happen, but we'd be surprised if sellers are willing to hold onto old flagship stock for another year. Same goes for 80 and 70-class cards, as the RTX 4070 and RTX 4060 are now available and pack more of a punch for a similar price.
On the AMD side of things, you'll want to keep a close eye on RX 6000 GPUs. Team red now has a whole armada of new-gen cards at its disposal, including the RX 7900 XT, XTX, and lower spec RX 7800, 7700, and 7600 options.
