The choice to punch Fingers in Cyberpunk 2077 is very tempting - but while the penalties for doing so used to be much more extreme, nowadays recent updates have certainly taken the sting out of doing so - and considering how unpleasant Fingers is, the opportunity to realign his jaw and flatten his nose is one that's hard to pass up on unless you're the most dedicated of pacifists.

Should you punch Fingers in Cyberpunk 2077?
While talking to him there are several opportunities to punch Fingers. Between the way he acts and all the chances you have, it can be hard to resist whacking him. However, if you hurt Fingers you'll lose access to his ripperdoc clinic for the rest of the game. And while his stock used to be unique, recent updates mean that Fingers' cyberware is no longer unique and can be bought at any ripperdoc.
Whatever you decide to do won't steer the conversation at all and you'll still access the information you need to find Evelyn with Judy whatever happens. It's all linked to the fact that she's been sold off to make illegal braindances, and will lead into the Cyberpunk 2077 Disasterpiece mission to track down a rare Death's Head braindance next. It's just whether you want to leave Fingers standing in the process.
