The Fall Guys Season 3 release date is now here, thanks to an official reveal at The Game Awards. There's been plenty of intrigue and speculation up to this point, including Mediatonic distributing digital jigsaw pieces to 300 members of the gaming community – which were rapidly assembled within a day so that Fall Guys: Winter Knockout was revealed as the new season. Of course, we'd expect a theme such as this as we transition into the festive period, but it's still helpful to have confirmation of the direction that jelly bean battle royale Fall Guys is heading in next. When does Fall Guys Season 3 start?

After various changes to the in-game countdown running on the Seasons screen, we now have a confirmed Fall Guys Season 3 launch date of Tuesday December 15 courtesy of Mediatonic. There are also double fame points available until the start of the new season, so if you need to unlock any more reward items then now is the time to play.
What will be included in Fall Guys Season 3?
We've already had a sneak peek at some of the costumes that will be added in Fall Guys Season 3, including Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, a candle, and an Abominable Snowman. Following the upcoming season launch announcement at The Game Awards, we know that there are seven new Fall Guys levels and 30+ fresh outfits on the way, plus "many more festive surprises yet to be revealed" – thankfully we don't have long to wait to find out what they are.
