How to find all 15 police shields

BLACKWELL'S MANSION

SHIELD PIECE #1

Look out for six torches spread throughout each of the mansion levels. Use your firefighter disguise to extinguish the flames and earn a piece.

SHIELD PIECE #2

There are also three unique boulders (with colored studs on them) spread through the mansion exterior. Break them for another piece.

SHIELD PIECE #3

Don the farmer disguise and look for three plant boxes throughout the mansion exterior. Water the boxes for a shield piece.

SHIELD PIECE #4

The final shield piece is actual inside the mansion. Destroy the bookcases to reveal three red and white targets. Shoot these with your astronaut raygun.
