LEGO The Hobbit Minikit locations guide

Azog the Defiler

The Tale of Azog

Minikit #1 (Free Play)

At the top of the hill are some jump poles. Use an acrobatic character like Legolas to ascend these and grab a minikit.

Minikit #2 (Free Play)

Also at the top of the hill is a Mithril gate. Blast through with Saruman to enter a hidden area, then grab the minikit in plain sight.

Minikit #3 (Free Play)

There are three statues in the area: two at ground level, and one by Minikit #4. Bust up all three to earn a minikit.

Minikit #4 (Free Play)

On the left side of the area is a cracked block. Bust through with an axe-user to find some wraith bricks, then use Frodo's Ring to build these into a bridge. Cross over, and scale the nets with a Goblin character to grab the minikit above.

Minikit #5 (Free Play)

On the right side of the area are some arrow pegs. Shoot these to create jump poles, then leap up them with an acrobat like Legolas. Cross the tightrope to the minikit beyond.

Minikit #6 (Free Play)

Directly under Minikit #5 is a Morgul gate. Bust through this with an evil character like Sauron to grab the minikit on the other side.

The Battle of Azanbulizar

Minikit #7 (Free Play)

Upon starting this segment, look northwest for this blue banner. Use a tinderbox character like Sam to burn it down, releasing a minikit.

Minikit #8 (Free Play)

In the rocky Azog area, there are five of these tusked structures. Two on the ground, and three on the cliffs. Smash them all (you'll need a ranged character for the high ones) for a minikit.

Minikit #9 (Story Mode)

Use an axe-wielding character to smash through the panel near the green track--there's another minikit behind it.

Minikit #10 (Free Play)

There's a patch of dirt in the southwest corner of the same area. Dig it up with a shovel character for some loose bricks you can build into a landing pad. A crate will then parachute in--bust it open for a minikit.
