MLB '07: The Show review

Gladly taking the long and winding road to the big leagues

Why you can trust GamesRadar+ Our experts review games, movies and tech over countless hours, so you can choose the best for you. Find out more about our reviews policy.

Placing your created player in the shoes of a man struggling to make it to - and stay in - the bigs is shockingly compelling. This ain't no God mode, either; you're at the mercy of the manager’s lineup and substitution whims. Better yet, each position plays differently than the other, inviting numerous careers and dozens of replays.
