Some RPGs put you through a glorified 20-hour tutorial and hope you’re still awake at the end of the ride to enjoy the full potential of the mechanics presented. Others introduce a slew of concepts alongside nothing but sparse instructional text just before throwing you off a cliff assuming you can fly.
