Plus you can actually play with one of8 of your saved Miis, in addition to the All-Star Mario cast. You can also amass a piddly sum of Carnival Cards, too.

-Place yourself where you want, and carefully tilt the Remote on release to curve the ball to your liking
Trail by Tile
A nifty little puzzler that’ll have you finding a specific pattern in a grid of familiar faces
-Star with the characters on the top and look for surrounding similarity
Flagging Rights
The only game in Mario Party 8 to use the Nunchuk attachment, use the Shyguy as a mirror and raise your flag accordingly
-Don’t let Shyguy psyche you out, cause he’ll try. Take your time before raisinf those arms
Canyon Cruisers
Stick you Mii in its own mini pod race, sporting some cool lighting effects
-Be on the look out for obstacles, but don’t tilt too hard, as your steering will give out.
Table Tennis Menace
A fairly standard game of table tennis
-Nothing to intense here. No need to over exert your hand, just hold steady and flick your wrist
Puzzle Pillars
Line up columns of the same color to make them disappear
-Match up the larger, double-sized blocks because they’re easier to make lines with and they’ll give you more points
Chomping Frenzy
A one player game where you shoot the desired food into a chomps mouth
-Once more chomps appear shoot similar foods in groups before cycling to the next craving
Moped Mayhem
Put your Mii in a teo wheeled race with 30 of the most famous characters in all gamedom across three tracks
-As usual, careful with steering. Too much will cancel it out. You’ll likely never need the break, just turn hard and let up on the gas
