Uncharted 4 multiplayer is going to be a whole lot crazier than anything from previous games, judging by a trailer shown during the PlayStation media briefing at Paris Games Week. First we see Nate and his brother team up to down some bad guys, and more cast regulars show up to help them out, running, gunning, and grapple-hooking their way across large environments. Then, new characters show up, tossing healing grenades and tackling our heroes. Everything looks great in motion, especially the environmental destruction. Take a look:
Personally, I think the best moment comes near the end, when Elena suddenly becomes the Human Torch, and Drake summons an evil sarcophagus. Yeah, Uncharted 4 multiplayer is gonna get weird, and in a good way.
If you're itching to put your finger on the sarcophagus, the Uncharted 4 multiplayer open beta starts December 4 and runs until December 13.
