The “Gazette des Ardennes”

After you get out into the street, head left and grab an apple from the pile. Continue left and give the apple to the soldier with a horse, who will reward you with this item.

After you get your gas mask and climb the ladder out of the trenches, go left and collect this item by the abandoned machine gun.
