Microsoft has released a new TV spot for Xbox One launch game Ryse: Son of Rome. In development at Crytek, the Roman revenge tale tells the story of Marius Titus, a young soldier who rises through the ranks of the army motivated by his desire to avenge the murder of his family at the hands of barbarian bandits.
Ryse will also offer a cooperative multiplayer experience called Gladiator mode, which sees players battling it out against an evolving horde of enemies in the Coliseum. The action game from Crytek will launch along with Xbox One on November 22. If the title piques your interest, you might want to check out the newly announced Ryse live action series. Debuting on Machinima on November 5, Ryse Son of Rome: The Fall is a four part digital series told through the eyes of the game’s protagonist.
