Jason Dohring, of Veronica Mars and Moonlight fame, is set to be a bad guy in an episode of the US remake of The Tomorrow People .
According to TVLine , Dohring will play an ex-operative who once worked with the paramilitary group that hunts down the Tomorrow People. After going off the grid, the character is back to seek revenge.
The Tomorrow People has been adapted from the cult UK children’s TV hot of the ’70s by Julie Plec, of The Vampire Diaries fame, who herself was a fan of the original. It’s due to air on Teen Syfy… sorry the CW. (Why doesn’t that network just change its name? It feels like it’s got more sci-fi shows now than Syfy!)
