Warhammer 40K: Space Marine's first paid DLC coming December
Free Capture the Flag mode offers bonus content for just $10 dollars
Having already gifted players with a free DLC update in the form of the Exterminatus pack, THQ is gearing up to release the first paid download content for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine next month. The Chaos Unleashed pack adds new areas and enemies to the four-player co-op Exterminatus mode, as well as additional maps for the original multiplayer section of the game. There's also a new multiplayer mode on the way for non-paying customers.
Chaos Unleashed, due for a December release, looks to carry a $9.99/800MSP price tag. For that, you get the addition of the Chaos Unleashed Exterminatus Mode, which casts players as Chaos Space Marines in the fight against Ork and Imperial Guard enemies, offering new foes and bosses. There are also new arenas for both Exterminatus and original multiplayer modes, offering ten additional Achievements and Trophies.
The launch of the pack will coincide with an update which adds Capture the Flag mode to all players' multiplayer menu, whether or not you feel like shelling out for the DLC. Those Space Marines are pretty generous, as far as merciless intergalactic killing machines go.
