Warning: BioShock's Secrets Revealed

Spoiler #1

You are a Big Daddy

Nothing about BioShock is more iconic than the Big Daddy. He's a fascinating study in contrasts and a twisted take on Frankenstein's classic monster. Part hulking monstrosity, part selfless protector, he'll gouge a drill through your chest one moment and gently cradle his fragile Little Sister to sleep the next.

Well, guess what? In BioShock, you become a Big Daddy. In the second to final level - Point Prometheus - you'll run into a door that can only be unlocked by a Little Sister. And in order to accomplish that, you'll have to trick her into thinking you're her beloved bodyguard.

That means wearing the dive suit, putting on the bubble helmet, stamping around in the heavy iron boots and even mutilating your throat in order to sound like the guttural, roaring Big Daddies. It also means that all those other Big Daddies you've been fighting are human... or were.

But the coolest part comes next - protecting your newfound Little Sister as she scavenges corpses. It's a complete role reversal from the rest of the game and we've captured it in video form below.
