Burner Phone #1

Getting this Phone is automatic, since hacking it is one of the objectives in the game’s first act.

Burner Phone #2

This Phone is located at the southern end of downtown Pawnee. Look for a blue shack near the water.

Burner Phone #3

This Burner is at the southeast corner of Pawnee. You’ll have to climb up to the “HOTEL” sign to find it.

Burner Phone #4

Look for this Phone in a warehouse at the east end of Brandon Docks. When inside, ascend one flight of stairs and look for a workstation.
