Watch Tom Holland tease fans about filming Spidey scenes for Avengers: Infinity War
Whether Spider-Man is appearing in Avengers: Infinity War or not is one of the great mysteries of our time. Ok, ok, maybe that’s overselling it slightly but the will he/won’t he debate has been dragged out across leaked casting calls and even glossy Italian magazine interviews. So, what’s the deal? Thankfully, Tom Holland may have slipped up and revealed more than he was meant to.
If Tom Holland *isn’t* playing Spidey in Infinity War, then just what is he doing being a big ol’ tease on social media? In a video from his Instagram account, (which you can see below) the actor is streaming before shooting some test footage for… something.
He ends his video by saying “People know right – what we’re here for,” before looking a teeny-weeny bit embarrassed and ending the stream abruptly by leaving fans with a quick message, “I’m going to have to go before I say something I’m not supposed to say.”
It sounds to me like Holland is wary of revealing some S.H.I.E.L.D-esque secret info about Infinity War so stopped himself before he gave the game away. Sorry, Tom, it looks like you might have already done that.

Superman’s super dog Krypto may look all innocent in the trailer, but James Gunn says he is a "terrible dog" and is based on his own mischievous mutt
Spider-Man 4 may include a Marvel heroine although Sony cannot confirm it will be Anya Taylor-Joy as Black Cat, says boss: "There’s a lot of fantastic female characters, but I can't talk about all this"
