Here in the SFX office, we loved the scene with the Dalek. A really pleasant surprise. But we’re not convinced by the Doctor’s excuse why it didn’t kill the young Adelaide. As if Daleks give a plunger about "fixed points in time"! Hah!
After all, the scene happened when the Daleks were planning on destroying all life in every reality in a couple of ticks. She was going to die anyway.
Nah, we reckon he was a Dalek perv, flying about looking for lit-up attic windows to have a peak into. He was hoping he's find a nekkid laydee in there. All he got was an eyeful of some frightened tot, not some totty. No wonder he flew off in a huff.
