Leonardo DiCaprio will star in Christopher (The Dark Knight) Nolan’s next movie, a sci-fi flick called Inception, according to Variety . Little is known about the story but, "the studio calls it a contemporary sci-fi actioner set within the architecture of the mind." Hurrah! A remake of Doctor Who’s "The Invisible Enemy". Thirteenth Hour
Newline has hired the writing team behind the film Wanted, Michael Brandt and Derek Haas, to adapt an as-yet-unpublished time travel novel The Thirteenth Hour, reports Variety . The book, by Richard Doetsch, concerns a man accused of murdering his wife who gets to go back in time – in one-hour increments over 12 hours – with the chance to stop his wife's killer. Haas describes the story as “a fast-paced thriller with a supernatural twist and characters who really pop."
Alfred Molina Joins The Apprentice
Nope, the Doctor Octopus actor isn’t going to try to prove to Alan Sugar that he can sell second hand cars. He's joined the cast of Disney's The Sorcerer’s Apprentice as the evil magician Harvath, according to The Hollywood Reporter . He joins Nicolas Cage Jay Baruchel in the Jon (National Treasure) Turteltaub-directed movie, which is a modern update of the classic fairytale in which an average college student (Baruchel) is reluctantly recruited to work for sorcerer Balthazar Blake (Cage). The man gives him a crash course in the art and science of magic to prepare him for a battle against the forces of darkness in modern Manhattan. Um, so where do the brooms come in? It's due for a May 2010 release.

That’s how director Zack (Watchmen) Snyder is describing his next project, Sucker Punch, a dark fantasy set in the ’50 about a girl placed in a mental institution by her stepfather. As she awaits a lobotomy, she begins to fantasise an alternate reality. According to The Hollywood Reporter , Amanda (Mamma Mia!) Seyfried in negotiations to star, while Vanessa Hudgens, Abbie Cornish, Evan Rachel Wood and Emma Stone are all in talks to fill roles in the predominantly female cast.
Megan Fox In More Sci Fi
Transformers star Megan Fox is in talks to star in two comic book adaptations - the action western Jonah Hex for Warner Bros and the underwater adventure Fathom for Fox Atomic according to Dark Horizons .
