Horror thriller Antebellum is one of those films you might be best going into completely cold. So if you want to avoid an early twist about, skip the next paragraph, okay? The film begins in a Louisiana plantation run by Confederate forces, unflinchingly showing the brutal treatment meted out to slaves who are working there picking cotton…

Spoilerphobes, have you looked away?…But then, in a flashback, we discover that the protagonist, "Eden", is actually a modern-day woman, Veronica. How on Earth did she end up in the Antebellum South? And can she get back to her ordinary life?

The directorial debut of Gerard Bush and Christopher Renz, brought to the screen by the producer of Jordan Peele's Get Out and Us, Antebellum is a thought-provoking film with plenty to say about racism. It's available to buy now on Blu-ray and DVD, and via download. Extras include a 67-minute Making Of, two further featurettes, and five deleted scenes. Thanks to Lionsgate UK, we have five Blu-rays to give away. To put your name in the hat for the chance to win one, simply answer the question below.
