If you've played The Witcher 3, you might think that every time your horse Roach starts walking funny or defying gravity that it's an unintentional mistake - that Roach hovering six feet above the ground is just a glitch in the system. Nope! According to this behind-the-scenes video from developer CD Projekt RED, those bugs are there on purpose, because otherwise riding would just be too good.
Yes, it's an April Fool's Day prank, and no, they didn't mocap people in horse masks to make Roach animate the way she does. There's also no talking Roach DLC, and no Roach sticker available to buy. The comments on the video suggest plenty of players would be happy to purchase said voice pack and sticker though, so I'd say the joke's on you, Projekt RED. We want talking Roach!
