You don’t have to fork out for the latest PC components and go through the hassle of ensuring compatibility and building a rig to get a powerful gaming setup. NVIDIA’s GeForce NOW cloud gaming service has been putting powerful hardware in the hands of gamers, without requiring them to get specialized gear of their own. The latest capabilities of the service will let you experience a proper high-end system with an NVIDIA RTX 3080 without having to spend well over $1,000 on a gaming system or hunt down scarce components from retailers.

NVIDIA GeForce NOW is as simple as downloading the app onto your phone, tablet, or computer, or you can even just open GeForce NOW in a browser window. You can play a ton of games on a wide range of devices while using powerful hardware in the cloud, including the RTX 3080 through NVIDIA’s new membership tier.

GeForce NOW also supports premium NVIDIA technologies like DLSS for sharpened graphics without the performance penalty of traditional anti-aliasing techniques. Real-time ray tracing is also offered on a growing list of games, giving you incredibly lifelike lighting, shadows, and reflections.

Of course, you want to make sure there are games on the service that let you enjoy it all. Fortunately, NVIDIA GeForce NOW has a huge and growing library of over 1,100 popular PC games.

You can explore space and enjoy the antics of Marvel’s rag-tag team of heroes in Guardians of the Galaxy. Or, you can create your own life in the dystopian future of Cyberpunk 2077. The RTX and DLSS technologies available in both games ensure crisp details alongside smooth frame rates, not to mention realistic lighting that lets the colorful, otherworldly locales in Guardians of the Galaxy and the neon technoscape of Cyberpunk 2077 really shimmer.

You can enjoy taming herds of dinosaurs in Jurassic World: Evolution 2, building out a massive park, and hopefully avoiding the perils that faced all the other Jurassic Parks. With DLSS enabled in the game, you’ll get crisp visuals without worrying about how well your hardware can render so many dinosaurs at once.

Heck, you can even run Crysis with the recent addition of Crysis Remastered to the service - NVIDIA is offering the game free with 6-month subscriptions to its RTX 3080 and Priority membership tiers so you can jump right in and see that RTX, DLSS goodness.

In Crysis, you’ll enjoy super-human capabilities provided by an advanced suit of armor as you tackle both military and alien threats, and RTX will make the visuals all the more lifelike while DLSS keeps the game’s intense action flowing smoothly as it sharpens details.

NVIDIA is regularly adding more titles, too, something you can hear about weekly on GFN Thursdays, which details all the new games coming to the service as well as upgrades and updates to the platform.

That library isn’t exclusive to GeForce NOW either. You can find games you might already own on Steam, Epic Games Store, and other platforms available through the service — no need to buy a game twice. And, there are over 90 free-to-play games to explore, including hits like Apex Legends, Destiny 2, Warframe, and Splitgate.

Sign up for NVIDIA GeForce NOW and find out what the service is all about,  and you can keep up with all the latest on the service through GFN Thursdays.
