Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus wants you to take the United States back from the Nazis

BJ Blazkowicz may have killed a lot of Nazis in Wolfenstein: The New Order, but he's not done just yet. Bethesda revealed Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus at its conference today, and it takes the fight right into the heart of the good ol' US of A.

Some spoilers: you may remember that BJ didn't fare too well at the end of the last game. Turns out, he made it through just fine, he's got some kids on the way, and the United States is still firmly in the clutches of the Nazi regime. The Nazis are getting some help from some of our country's more rotten elements (i.e., the KKK) and everyone's generally having a bad time.

Luckily, BJ's getting by with a little help from some friends, along with a ridiculous array of weaponry. The New Order brilliantly walked a line between human struggle and alt-history pulp, and this one looks no different. Don't take my word for it, though - check out the trailer below:

Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus will be out on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on October 27, 2017. I can't wait.
