World of Nintendo

13) IQUE DS
The iQue seems to have gone down rather well in China. So well that the brand has been extended to DS, with the iQue logo stamped where the Nintendo lozenge used to be. This special edition version celebrates Super Mario 64 DS, and would be guaranteed to attract envious glances if you can figure out how to import one. The build quality looks to be the same as a normal DS, as it%26rsquo;s made in the usual Nintendo factories.

14)Halloween NES
A solution to the old problem of how not to bump into doors when you%26rsquo;re wearing a giant NES controller. Painting an entire human face bright red makes it blend in almost invisibly with the A button. It%26rsquo;s so realistic that if somebody else had come to the party as a giant NES console, there would have been frenzied attempts to plug them into one another. And if a third person had turned up as a Mario Bros cart, well, it doesn%26rsquo;t bear thinking about.
