X-Men: Days Of Future Past releases two new images
And Wolverine is front and centre
X-Men: Days Of Future Past has released a couple of new stills online via Entertainment Weekly , with Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine prominent in both.
The first image shows Wolvie leading the young Xavier and Magneto, alongside Evan Peters' Quicksilver, out of a snowstorm and into some sort of bunker. What are they looking for? Or who?
The second image shows Wolverine lying flat on his back, while Beast appears to hang from the ceiling above him. Those guys, eh? Always clowning around.
It certainly seems as though Wolverine is going to be taking very much of a leading role in the new film, acting as the go-between past and future as the X-Men attempt to avert a crisis that threatens mutantkind’s very survival.
Directed by Bryan Singer and co-starring Hugh Jackman, Michael Fassbender and James McAvoy, X-Men: Days Of Future Past will open in the UK on 22 May 2014.
