Yoshi's New Island Star, Red Coin and Flower collectibles guide
World 5-4: Ready, Steady, Go!
Flower 1: Below and to the right of the ‘!’ block is a hidden ‘?’ cloud that contains a flower. Don’t worry if you’re all out of eggs--there’s an Egg Block on the platform above.
Red Coin 1 and 2: Jump off to the platform on the left and collect the coins above the spikes for 2 red coins.
Red Coin 3 – 7: Hit the ‘!’ block on the left to reach the warp pipe. Dispatch the enemies in this area to be rewarded with 5 red coins.
Flower 2: This is in the warp pipe area and will appear once all of the enemies here have been killed.
Star 1 – 5: Exit the warp pipe and go back to the right. The ‘?’ cloud to the right of the Egg Block will release 5 stars.
Red Coin 8 – 12: In the next area, head right and get ready to stop the Shy Guy from running off with the pink door. Collect the coins in this area for 5 red coins.
Flower 3: This is in the area through the pink door.
Star 6 – 10: To the top left of the exit door is a hidden ‘?’ cloud. Fire in an egg to release 5 stars.
Red Coin 13 – 15: Exit the pink door and collect the coins around the giant swinging ghost to get 3 more red coins.
Star 11 – 20: Go through the blue door and into the next area. The Middle Ring will give you 10 stars.
Red Coins 16 and 17: Continue right and up the slope collecting the coins along the way for 2 more red coins.
Flower 4: Smash the destructible block at the top of the slope and use the bouncy ball to reach the fourth flower.
Star 21 – 25: Go past the spike traps and shoot an egg into the ‘?’ cloud for 5 stars.
Flower 5: Keep going right and you’ll find the last flower on a stone platform.
Red Coin 18: Destroy the enemies around the last flower to make some gold coins appear. There is a red coin amongst them.
Red Coin 19 and 20: The last red coins are in the rows to the right. The ceiling will start to bear down on Yoshi as you head through here so be careful.
Star 26 – 30: Go through the flippers. There is hidden cloud to the left of the Egg Block that contains 5 stars.
