Zelda Oracle games coming to 3DS eShop
Linked Game Boy Color titles planned for release before summer
The Legend of Zelda's twin Oracle games will hit Western 3DS eShops before summer. Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons were developed by Capcom for Game Boy Color in 2001, and have not been re-released since.
NintendoLife spotted comments from Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma on the series' Miiverse community, confirming the linked games which appeared on the Japanese eShop in February will be released in other territories.
The two titles were distinct adventures, employing time travel and season-shifting to solve puzzles. But players who completed one game learned passwords to feed into the next, which would unlock a modified campaign, upgraded gear, and a new ending sequence which wraps up both stories..
We'll let you know when we have a firmer release date than "before summer."

I got a BA in journalism from Central Michigan University - though the best education I received there was from CM Life, its student-run newspaper. Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo. I've previously been a news intern for GameSpot, a news writer for CVG, and now I'm a staff writer here at GamesRadar.
