Zoe Saldana is currently attempting to blow a sizeable hole in the US box office with actioner Colombiana , but she's already lining up another project.
She'll produce and star in Dominion , a mysterious supernatural thriller that's being set up at Paramount. Little is known about the movie, except for the fact that Saldana will play a woman who is half-angel, half-human.
Presumably it'll be another kick-ass heroine to add to her impressive roster, though she appears to be taking things a little more gently with her next couple of roles.
First up, she's got recently-wrapped thriller The Words with Bradley Cooper, in which he plays an author who nicks someone else's work. Next, she'll shoot JJ Abrams-produced indie drama Infinitely Polar Bear with Mark Ruffalo.
At least she's keeping busy while her directors drag their respective heels on the Avatar and Star Trek sequels.
Colombiana opens in the UK on 9 September 2011.
